**Job Overview**:
**Property Finance Consultant (Express Centre**) (Financial Services)**

**Location: Midrand, Gauteng**

Our client, who is a **reputable** **financial services** concern, is looking for an experienced and energetic **Property Finance Consultant (Express Centre) **for their **inland hub branch** with **offices** **located in Midrand**.

The **Property Finance Consultant **will **actively prospect potential home loan clients**, through **interacting with clients visiting the Express Centres** in conjunction using **personal marketing opportunities**, then by using the **appropriate needs analysis based selling techniques**, either **switches them from other financial institutions** or to **offer them a new home finance packages** that is tailor made and accompanied by the firm’s amazing service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- _Source potential clients._
- _Identify needs._
- _Match relevant product package to relevant need._
- _Explain the LOA (Final Grant) and close the deal._
- _Maintain customer contact and follow-up._
- _Applications capture and file construction._
- _Marketing._

**Q**ualifications and Experience**:

- A **completed Matric qualification**.
- **Minimum of **3 years External Financial Sales / Home loan sales / Property Sales experience**:

- **Stable career track record **will be required.
- One must have a **clear credit and criminal record**.
- **Minimum 2 years proven track record** in **sales (sales leagues / rankings; records, and achievements)**:

- Must have operated in an environment that requires **proactive prospecting (“hunting skills”).** Must have worked in a **pressurised sales environment.**:

- Exceptionally **strong admin skill set.**:

- **Own reliable Transport** is essential.
