The Lecturer will be based on Campus
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Lecturer in Civil Engineering to join our team based on campus in Cape Town, Western Cape. As a Lecturer, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education and fostering academic growth among our students.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering to lecture N4-N6
National Diploma in Civil Engineering to lecture N1-N3
Proficiency in Engineering Drawing would be an advantage
Minimum of 1 year of teaching/lecturing experience
Previous experience delivering lectures both on-campus and online, preferably with hybrid (semi-remote/online) students

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct engaging lectures in Civil Engineering for NATED Civil Engineering courses

Perform administrative tasks related to courses and attend departmental meetings as required
Develop and enhance academic content, including researching and creating new topics and teaching materials, including online resources
Participate in examination certification and promotion processes for learners
Provide face-to-face lectures and conduct contact sessions with distance students
Maintain accurate student records and actively monitor academic progress
Assist with general academic administration tasks
Provide student support during contact sessions with distance learners
