**Responsibilities**:
Assist in managing order lead times with the production team to ensure that all orders are dispatched timelessly
Handle product quality control and the dispatching of orders.
Being aware of new updates on services/products
Packing of orders, while ensuring that they are packed according to the specifications laid out by our courier partners
Booking the courier per order and meeting our clients delivery deadlines.
Work closely with courier companies.
**Requirements**:
Matric
High attention to detail
Presentable and personable
Strong organisational skills
Computer proficient
Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
Ability to work well under pressure
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Must have own transport
