**Managed People Solutions** is looking to hire a
**Salesforce Administrator** for a very well known
**Wine Company** based in Woodmead, Johannesburg

**Responsibilities**
- Sales Cloud Applications
- Compile custom reports, dashboards and workflows
- Effective management of SalesForce security
- Manage operational requests and reporting which include customer analysis, individual views and troubleshooting issues
- Management of all sales related technical resources as well as the migration of data into Salesforce
- Automate processes using Salesforce tools, such as process builder, approval processes and validation rules
- Ensure that detailed requests, regarding changes or improvements to the system, are gathered and that appropriate changes are implemented
- Ensure the development of effective training material are utilised to provide effective support to SalesForce end users
- Ensure that the data base is maintained with 100% correct data to ensure the integrity and accuracy, which includes cleaning and duplicate record management
- Ensure the optimal performance of SalesForce systems and products
- Effectively manage the process of upgrading and configuring SalesForce for optimised integration and utilisation
- Ensure that all processes within SalesForce are documented, which includes error reports and changes to filed history tables
- Ensure cross team collaboration in order to coordinate activities between sales and other departments such as customer services, marketing and training

**Requirements and experience**
- Grade 12
- Sales Force Certified Administrator
- 2 - 3 years salesforce experience
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities
- Knowledge of importing sales data and generating Salesforce reports
