Job Title: Security Administrator with Security Experience and CCTV Monitoring

Location: Naturena, Gauteng, South Africa

**Job Type**: Temp to Perm based on performance

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Administrator with a strong background in security management and CCTV monitoring to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and control critical security processes.
- Oversee access management and request approvals.
- Prepare and deliver regular security reports.
- Provide second-layer security management in compliance with company standards.
- Ensure effective emergency management and coordination.
- Deliver timely and accurate information to management.
- Prevent unauthorized access to the warehouse and factory inventory.
- Conduct security risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Perform real-time surveillance on personnel during critical processes.
- Review and assess video alarm/event data for unauthorized movements or suspicious activities.
- Monitor and evaluate processes remotely via CCTV to identify vulnerabilities.
- Ensure comprehensive, accurate reporting and reliable interpretation of observations.
- Participate in cost-saving initiatives and adhere to financial procedures.

Qualifications:

- Matric
- Preferably from Eikenhof, Naturena and surrounding areas
- Proven administrative experience, preferably in a security-related role.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and data reporting.
- Proven experience in security management and CCTV monitoring and data reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Strong knowledge of security protocols and legislation
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in conducting security risk assessments and inspections.
- Convert footage into actionable data and report findings to senior management.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
