**Job Summary**

As an Asset Manager at Teleperformance SA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing asset management strategies to optimize the performance of company assets. Your role will include conducting regular assessments of asset performance, identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue generation, and ensuring accurate inventory management. You will be a key player in ensuring the effective utilization of company assets and providing comprehensive reports to stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. **Develop Asset Management Strategies**: Create and implement asset management strategies to optimize asset performance and support the company's long-term objectives.

2. **Conduct Asset Assessments**: Perform regular assessments of asset performance, including financial analysis, market research, and property inspections.

3. **Identify Opportunities for Value Enhancement**: Identify opportunities for value enhancement, cost savings, and revenue generation across all asset classes.

4. **Inventory Management**: Conduct regular inventory inspections, cross-referencing with asset management software to ensure accuracy and compliance.

5. **Maintain Asset Management Software**: Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of asset management software, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

6. **Reporting and Verification**: Prepare and present regular reports on asset performance, including financial analysis and inventory verifications, to internal stakeholders.

**Qualifications and Experience**

1. **Educational Background**: Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.

2. **Experience**: Proven experience in asset management or a related field.

3. Technical Skills: Strong Excel skills and financial acumen, with the ability to analyze data and generate reports.

4. **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at various levels.

5. **Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving**: Ability to think strategically and solve problems, with a focus on achieving long-term objectives.

6. **Proficiency in Software Tools**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant asset management software.
