**Change Management Team Lead**

**Position Overview**:
In this senior position, you will have the remit to oversee our overall Change Management Service ensuring that the compliance and performance metrics meet agreed standards. You will also have the opportunity to lead and develop a team of Change Managers.

**Responsibilities**:
In this role, you can expect to:

- Assess incoming change requests to ensure they contain all necessary information
- Evaluate the impact, risk, and benefits of proposed changes
- Ensure permanent fixes are implemented and communicated
- Communicate with various stakeholders including customers, project managers, and technical teams to gather input and gain consensus on changes
- Develop detailed plans for implementing approved changes, including timelines, resource allocation, and communication strategies
- Track the progress of ongoing changes to ensure they stay on schedule and within scope
- Regularly review existing change management processes to identify inefficiencies or areas for enhancement

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Professional experience of enacting and managing Change Management within an ITIL-aligned environment
- Experience managing process-driven teams within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment
- An ITIL Foundation qualification ( can be either version 3 or version 4)

The budgeted salary for this role is between **45,000 and 50,000 ZAR per month.**

**Hybrid working**:
