Potentiam is recruiting for Customer Service Executives x 2 for our UK client, in the B2B energy/utilities sector
You will join the current Customer Service team based in our Cape Town office
In this position, you would be the first point of contact for any customer (internal and external) who has a question or an issue with a product or service.
You would be expected to act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that customers might face with accuracy and efficiency from the simple level to the highly complex cases.
Requirements & Responsibilities

Advanced excel knowledge ESSENTIAL
V-LOOKUP, FORECAST FORMULA, PIVOT tables & charts/graphs)
(Excel assessments will be sent to you for completion after interview stage)
Customer service experience on UK energy market with Business clients
Be the first point of contact for any customer (internal and external) who has a question or an issue with a product or service
Act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer might face with accuracy and efficiency from the simple level to the highly complex cases
Enthusiastic, professional with a strong can-do-it attitude, strong for detail
Multitask and willing to support clients on the highest level
Accuracy and strong communication skills
Work in a fast-paced Environment also a good problem-solver
Dealing with various requests from internal & external (suppliers/clients) stakeholders & finding information / share it between parties / resolve issues or tasks
Building a client portfolio (all their different sites) for tender purposes to provide back to the sales account manager
Client complaints

Establish how big the problem is/ What is nature of the issue client suffering from e.g. financial loss - needs quick action
