Site Foreman

The function of this role is to assist the general foreman and program manager in the day to day running of projects on site to the standards governing safety, quality and the project brief.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understanding the construction process and knowledge of all related trades and manage to quality specifications
- Supervision and control of subcontractors, employees, plant and equipment
- Quality management - ensure conformance to specifications and workmanship
- Efficient and effective material ordering and handling
- Monitoring programmes and ensuring deadlines are met
- Monitoring and achieving production targets
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and schedules
- Facilitate and arrange training to subordinates, subcontractors and clients.

**Requirements**:

- 10 years’ relevant construction experience.
- Qualification in construction.
- Inventory control experience
- Project experience in electrical, mechanical health and safety and building & construction trades.
- Good communication skills
- Valid driver’s licence
