**Qualifications/Experience Required**:

- To excel in this role, you should have:

- A relevant IT Degree or Certification.
- 5-8 years of experience in the computer business domain.
- Extensive experience in IT middleware architectures.
- Comprehensive experience with document
- and output management solutions.
- A background in Java Software development.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- As a Solutions Architect, your responsibilities will encompass:

- Designing and constructing IT solutions, as well as hardware and infrastructure at an enterprise level.
- Completing specifications, product selections, and designs of hardware/infrastructure components to implement a technology architecture.
- Identifying and evaluating new and emerging technologies and ICT methods and techniques.
- Supporting license management for all used software.
- Ensuring license compliance for the product CSDM.
- Onboarding new team members on technical aspects of document and output management solutions.
- Assisting the product owner with future software decisions based on changing customer demands, and technical features, and conducting technical tests (proof of concepts).
- Collaborating with the product owner to shape the product roadmap.
- Providing educational operations in areas where no formal program exists.
