**Position Overview**:
**RECEIVING**
- MTS Containers
- 40ft - 3 hours
- 20ft - 2 hours
- ROW Containers
- 40ft - 1.5 hours
- 20ft - 0.45 hours

**ROUTING**
- Accurate staging of stock in the correct staging location
- Safe stacking of pallets when stacking 2 high

**SPLITTNG**
- Accurate packing of end destination boxes by drop off point

**SHIPPING**
- Accurate packing of linehaul vehicle by drop off point
- Safe stacking of pallets on the vehicle
- Ensure that the Shipment Note is aligned to the physical stock

**INVENTORY**
- Accurate stock alignment to FloNet on a daily basis
- Ensure zero damages from stock handling

**Specific Role Responsibilities**:

- Devanning slip sheet containers from MTS using specialised slip sheet equipment attached to the forklift
- Devanning palletised containers from ROW using standard forklifts
- Check Delivery Note documentation is accurate with correct including container no details
- Complete Container Check List to ensure that visible damages are recorded for liability protection
- Endorse Delivery Note where serious visible damages are detected
- Endorse Delivery Note if there is any visible damages when opening the container doors
- Receive stock onto FloNet using the pallet no as the source and the new shipment pallet label from the Destuffer
- Check final destination delivery is aligned with colour coded sticker
- Route pallets by drop off point into their respective staging locations
- Ensure that the Routing function is completed in line with the Standard Work Instruction for that activity
- Split pallets by drop off point and ensure that the boxes are packed on the correct pallet by drop off point
- Outbound pallets for linehaul vehicle loading
- Ensure that the Outbounding function is completed in line with the Standard Work Instruction for that activity
- Load vehicle to maximum capacity. (32Tons / 32 footprints)
- Check load accuracy against the Shipment Note with the vehicle driver
- Off-load containers with loose boxes where necessary to assist Branch 44
- Assist Mgmt to troubleshoot problems when and if necessary
- Ensure 5S Standards are followed
- Ensure Waste separation Standards are followed

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Matric
- 5 years driving experience

**Skills and Personal Attributes**:

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods.
- Ability to work in a warehouse setting, which may involve exposure to varying temperatures and loud environments.
- Must have good vision and hand-eye coordination.
