**MUST BE ABLE TO READ AND INTERPRET DRAWINGS - WILL BE TESTED**

Ensuring that all required inspections and tests are carried out and results recorded.

Inspection of “first and last off” of each production run.

Completion of quality incident reports and recording of steps to bring process back into specification.

Ensure sample of each batch is checked by QC Lab before it is being used by production personnel.

In conjunction with QC Supervisor and QA check all product on completion of trimming and ensure all product is QC stamped before delivery to Stores for dispatch.

Spot checks on operators to ensure correct procedures are followed.

Recording of all inspection results and filing reports in job files.

Assist with work studies and process/equipment evaluation studies requested by Works Manager or QC Supervisor.

1.9 Conducting process audit as per SOP and ensuring compliance.

2.10 Conducting root cause analysis for rejects.

2.11 Imparting training for SOP to operators.

Pay: R55,00 - R65,00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brakpan, Gauteng (Ekurhuleni): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
