VKB Milling (Pty) Ltd is one of four subsidiaries of VKB Agri Processors (Pty) Ltd, the agri-processing division of the VKB Group. VKB Milling (Pty) Ltd operates white maize mills in Mokopane and Louis Trichardt in Limpopo, and Mashishing in Mpumalanga, a wheat mill in Frankfort in the Free State as well as a maize mill in Christiana and a Wheat Mill in Modderrivier in the Northern Cape.

As part of our learnership program, VKB Milling offers various learnerships. The learnership program is intended to offer unemployed individuals the opportunity to learn and develop within Quality Control. Skills are acquired through a learning period and are developed through practical experience and a blended learning approach.

**Job Requirements**
- Must be unemployed
- Grade 12 / NQF 4
- Diploma or a degree will be an added advantage
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Competent in basic Mathematics
- Computer literate in MS Office
- Constantly adding value to the business
- A passion for Quality Control
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
