**Senior Head Hostess - Luxury Restaurant Brand (Cape Town - Sea Point)**

Are you a hospitality professional with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences? Our **luxury restaurant brand** in **Sea Point** is seeking a **Senior Head Hostess** to lead our front-of-house team with elegance and efficiency.

**Position Details**:

- **Start Date**: Mid/End of June
- **Schedule**:Tuesday - Saturday** (5 days a week)
- **Salary**: Fixed

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the hostess team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Greet and seat high profile guests with professionalism.
- Coordinate reservations and optimize seating arrangements.
- Maintain a high standard of hospitality and service excellence.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with diplomacy.
- Collaborate with management to enhance the overall dining experience.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a **senior hostess** or **front-of-house leadership** role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end dining environment.
- A polished and professional demeanor.
- Dineplan booking experience
- Trouble shoot and quick turnaround on problem solving
