**Customer Service Advisors (USA), Cape Town**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle majorly inbound and outbound (small ratio)
- Process new business, renewals, amendments and cancellation of policies and change details as needed
- Identify customer’s need, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell/cross sell products when they arise
- Maintain accuracy of customer data
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and also identify & escalate priority issues
- Follow up on customer calls wherever necessary
- Achieves operational metrics / SLAs by adhering to the call and customers’ account handling policies and procedures to meet or exceed client’s expectations.

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Matric
- Minimum one years of experience in insurance, sales & service, handling voice and queries, etc. - Required
- **Please note the below**:_
- Flexi and split shifts will be a mandatory requirement
- Rotational shifts from 3 PM to 12 AM SA Time cycles
- Weekly offs could be any day of the week - may not be consecutive either
- Incentives and night shift allowance inline with USA process

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: R6,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (required)
