Main Purpose_**
- To develop and manage the strategic account plan for the relevant account, ensuring the delivery of budgeted volume and profit. Working with customers to develop an effective Joint Business plan whilst leading, developing and aligning Regional Account Managers and the Operational team to ensure excellent execution of JBP and Account Plans.**_Accountabilities_**

**_Finance_**
- _
Accountable for volume, revenue and profit delivery within customer base.
- _Accountable for budget management
- _Accountable for optimizing D&A spend_
- _
Accountable for cost centre control
- _Manage all costs relating to execution of account & joint business plans_
- _
Streamline cost control in the core processes and ensure adherence to organisational policies and procedures to optimise cost effectiveness and reduce wastage._
- _
Critical role in development of customer profitability & financial measurements for Simba and Customers (develop revenue management)_

Customer_**:

- _
Ensure customer metrics are achieved through negotiation and delivery of joint business plan_
- _
Tailored promotional strategy delivered in line with customer expectations and Pepsico framework_
- _
Work with category / shopper team to create shopper and category strategy by customer
- _Execute pricing strategy in accounts and execute pack/price architecture changes_
- _
Deliver Account ‘Must Win Battles’ through Account Plans_
- _
Execute P.I.effectively_
- _
Grow share, range and distribution in line with specific account targets_
- _
Develop senior customer relationships_
- _
Manage trade-offs within customers for the greater benefit of Pepsico_
- _
Create a deep understanding of what is needed to execute account plans at regional and store level. Work closely with RSOM to ensure this happens._
- _
Promotional calendars updated weekly across customer base_

**Qualifications/Requirements**:**_

- _Relevant tertiary qualification in Business or Marketing_

Minimum 6 years relevant experience in FMCG_

Strong financial acumen and basic understanding of accounting_

Strong interpersonal and communication skills_
