The Head of Operations Business Unit provides input into the development of the Business Unit strategy and ensures effective implementation. The incumbent proactively manages risk to drive overall efficiencies, business compliance and on-going process innovation. The Head of Operations Business Unit anticipates the impact of business strategy on other divisions within the Organisation. The incumbent ensures consistency of delivery and enhanced customer and partner experience. The incumbent provides guidance for the relevant mechanisms to receive feedback, highlights operational inefficiencies and guides continuous improvement.

**experience and qualifications**:

- Minimum Qualification - Bachelors degree in commerce or marketing
- Preferred Qualification - Bachelors degree in commerce or marketing
- Experience - At least ten years in an operations environment and minimum of five years experience in a management leadership position
