Are you excited by ensuring the ongoing reliability of the manufacturing process, innovation as well as new developments, and do you want to be part of a team with exciting challenges, then this might be the opportunity you are looking for We are looking for a remarkable Quality Assurance Administrator to join DSM Nutritional Products South Africa (Pty) Ltd on a
**12 months contract**.

**The Challenge**

As the Quality Assurance Administrator, you will report to and work very closely with the Quality Assurance Manager, Coordinators and Controller. Based in Isando, you will be complying with all requisite standards, both procedures and methods internal and external to ensure quality standards that distinguish DSM Human Nutrition and Health from competitors, and position DSM as a reliable high-quality supplier of products.

**The Position**

The key responsibilities in this position will be:

- Maintenance and control of all SOP’s, records and forms including raw materials and finished product worksheets
- Printing raw material worksheet
- Log the samples in the Customer Order Cycle log
- Capture results of raw materials and pre-mix after analysis on SAP and releasing
- Printing of COA’s
- Distribute COA’s to CSA and warehouse
- Do offline COA’s and COC’s
- Update worksheets
- Create offline requests for testing
- Filling
- Archiving of records and retrieving when needed
- Manage Halaal and Kosher program
- Adhere to good manufacturing practices
- GMP, HACCP and all relevant ISO standard
- Take corrective action required for any non-conforming material

**The Ideal**

The required qualifications, experience and competencies will be:

- National Diploma/ Degree Food Technology (Preferable)
- Knowledge of or experience in pharmaceutical or food industry (Preferable)
- Familiar with GMP and ISO 22000 FSSC
- The ability to plan and organise an effective workflow
- Attention to detail
- The ability to be able to operate within a successful cross-functional team
- Be able to strictly adhere to internal SOP’s
- Be able to strictly comply with internal quality standards
- Be able to operate efficiently with minimum supervision
- Knowledge of the food and/ or pharmaceutical industries
- Knowledge of GMP and FSS 22000
