**Duties and responsibilities**:
**The following represents as a minimum the duties that are required for this position**:

- Liasing with internal staff to ensure that authorised invoices, goods received notes and purchase orders are received timeously
- Liasing with suppliers for monthly account statements and invoices
- Matching of documentation manually as follows:

- Price per purchase order agrees to price per invoice
- Quantity per invoice agrees to delivery note, goods received note and purchase order
- Processing the supplier invoice on the system and correctly matching the invoice to the corresponding goods received note, ensuring the invoice is authorised for payment and that it meets SARS requirements
- Reconciling the supplier account on a monthly basis and preparing the necessary remittance advice
- Following up on outstanding issues with supplier
- Responsible for reconciling all suppliers with branch GC01,GC10,GC50,GC70 + GC90
- Submitting the reconciliations for review and approval within the determined deadlines
- Obtaining the applicable bank details (including bank confirmation and cancelled cheque or bank letter) from the supplier
- Loading the suppliers banking details onto Standard Bank Online Banking
- Loading the monthly supplier’s payments onto Standard Bank Online Banking

**Monthly reconciliations for the following**:
Parts buyout :1570 series
- Trade creditors : 4006 series
- PO clearing : 4012 series
- Sundry creditors : 4007 series- Initiation of clearing journals of the above clearing accounts via I/G-
**Inherent Requirements**

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Grade 12
- Minimum 5years Creditors experience
- Foreign creditors experience
- Good computer literacy, especially in Excel
- Knowledge of Embrace is an advantage
- General knowledge of Accounting
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good telephone etiquette
