**Operations Support**

**A challenging position exists within the Financial Services Ops Support for a self-motivated and assertive individual to do cost centre projections, enable operations expense processes by updating monthly actuals, cost centre variances and commentary, updating salary schedules and updating monthly reporting. This individual should be dynamic, pro-active, and display exceptional numerical and accuracy skills.**

**Your responsibilities would include**:

- Prepare the forecasting spreadsheets including all supporting calculations
- Continuous updating of salary control sheet by cost centre
- Prepare the line items for projection forecasting breakdown and assumptions (e.g. stationery, telephone calls, SMS costing, cellular, customer incentive cost, etc.)
- Schedule meetings with all the business stakeholders to review forecasted cost
- Successful completion of operational Financial Reporting summary
- Extract monthly updates via SAP for all Credit Operations departments and update variance analysis spreadsheets
- Complete inter-department journals and accruals and submit to Finance Department together with supporting documentation monthly
- Update projection sheets with monthly actuals
- Update monthly commentary per GL account variances for cost centres
- Incentive target setting and administration
- Ensure that monthly agency commission data is updated
- Verify commission amounts against budget
- After checking the invoices, request purchase orders via Coupa
- Investigate and verify commission discrepancies
- Business intelligence extracts for Ops via Excel stored procedures
- Coupa administration: Request Vendor purchase orders and receipt invoices
- Effectively manage people to ensure optimum performance
- Managing relationships with internal stakeholders to achieve the desired outcome.
- Ensuring that reports are analysed & compiled accurately to provide feedback
- Completion of administrative tasks timeously & accurately.
- Matric qualification
- 2 years experience in SAP and Coupa
- Proven analytical, decision making ability and strong numerical & administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills [verbal, written & interpersonal]
- To be computer literate [MS Office & Intermediate Excel]
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team dynamic
- To be highly driven, motivated and display a high level of assertiveness
- Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills
- High attention to detail & ability to effectively problem solve
- To influence & persuade the relevant stakeholders
- To meet deadlines/targets in a pressurised environment
