**Salary**: R12 000 - R13 000 CTC

**Minimum requirements**:
**KEY RESULT AREAS**:

- To ensure that the Company and its Contractors comply with the requirements of legislation by monitoring compliance;
- May develop and review quality and safety policies and manage audits by third-party inspectors;
- Customer Questionnaires;
- Customer Complaints;
- Maintain timely and professional communication with management, employees, and customers;
- Ensure that Quality Assurance procedures are strictly adhered to;
- Investigating and setting standards for quality and health and safety;
- Pass on the information from the upper management to the employees and vice versa;
- Manage customers expectations with regards to deliveries, by effective communication with dispatch coordinator;
- Complete paperwork efficiently; and
- Ad hoc duties and responsibilities assigned by Senior Management.

**GENERAL ADMIN**:

- Answering of landline;
- Management of Sales Order Sheet, issuing of Sales Orders / Proforma Invoices on Pastel;
- Creating of invoices once goods are dispatched;
- Petty cash;
- Debtors
- Send statements to clients on a regular basis;
- Communicate with customers & sales reps regarding overdue payments, and where customers have reached their credit limit;
- Create PO’s for Packaging, PPE and Consumables;
- Assisting with Customer queries when received;
- Admin / Stock control finished goods and pallets, dispatched & received;
- Buying/ordering stationery when needed.

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:

- Grade 12/NQF Level N4 qualification;
- Experience in FMCG environment;
- Proven leadership/ supervisory skills;
- Exposure to and understanding of OHSAS, Food Safety, HACCP and FFSC22000
- Experience on Pastel Accounting
