**Inherent Requirements**

Daily management of team within defined structures.
Liable for the department’s KPI’s.
Execution of the BASF Performance Management Program (PEM).
Prepare and maintain the Training Matrix for the department.
Daily management of OTC processes in the SAP system.
Management of master data requirements.
Coordination of processes with Demand and Production Manager as well as the Warehouse and Supply Chain teams.
Accurate processing of credit and debit notes; reporting of revenue recognition.
Assist the Finance department on resolution of pricing and stock queries.
Price and forex adjustments on SAP.
CPU reporting and invoicing.
Manage the goods return process.
Participate in OTC UAT testing.
Assist the Quality department in management of non-conformances.
Professional communication with customers.
Professional communication with the Sales Team.
Participate in internal and external audits and prepare the team accordingly.
Participate in stock take tasks.
Consignment store reconciliation.
Manage customer surveys.
Liaise with all relevant departments within the Chemetall (Pty) Ltd organization.
Comply with all financial and other authorisation procedures.
Ensure Chemetall documentation sent by Customer Care to customers is accurate.
Execute PASTIS functions.
Ability to negotiate and communicate at all levels. Good inter-personal and communication skills.
Ability to plan, manage and execute daily, weekly, and monthly tasks without supervision.
**Requirements**:
Minimum of Matric, but preferably a post Matric commercial degree or diploma.
Experience in the management of a Customer Care team
Min. 5 years’ experience in Customer Care functions
Advanced SAP Experience, preferably on COBALT System
Leadership experiences and skills
Attention to detail and diligent execution of tasks
Mentorship experiences
Supply Chain experience
Good Team worker
Open Minded
Ability to adapt quickly to new situations
Ability to liaise professional with internal and external customers
Excellent communication skills
Ability to handle difficult and stressful situations
Stress resilience
Experienced in Finance processes
Experience with global international customers
