**Housekeeping Service**:

- Ensure all guest rooms are cleaned and prepared, maintain cleanliness of all vacant rooms on a daily basis to the property and company standard.
- Ensure deep cleaning of guest rooms when required.
- Ensure room fresheners are performed to the property and company standards.
- Provide a timely and efficient portage service to guests on arrival and departure as directed by your Head of Department / Management.

**Admin/Updates**:

- Ensure that operational housekeeping paper work e.g. room attendant worksheet and houseman worksheet are complete as per operational requirements.
- Ensure all maintainence issues are captured on excel

**General**:

- Ensure the AC and TV remote are numbered and working
- Ensure all kitchen wear are in accordance with the room standard

**Maintenance**:

- Report MNT issues on the MNT group and update them on the maintenance list on Excel.
- Follow up and ensure issues are fixed, it’s not enough just to report 1 time as they may not be a priority and will be left for later.
- Request to Reception to block a room if the issues are too visible.
- Check daily the progress of rooms in maintenance and request to reception to unblock a room if a room is ready.

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12
- Diploma or degree will add an advantage
- Computer literacy
- At least 1 year experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor

Pay: R6 000,00 - R7 000,00 per month
