**Responsibilities**:

- **Repairs**: Perform repairs on road surfaces, including pothole patching, crack sealing, and resurfacing.
- **Maintenance**: Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning drainage systems, clearing debris, and snow removal.
- **Construction**: Assist in the construction and reconstruction of roads, sidewalks, and other infrastructure.
- **Safety**: Set up and remove traffic control devices to ensure the safety of workers and the public.
- **Inspection**: Regularly inspect roadways and report any issues or hazards.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in road maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- **Skills**: Knowledge of road construction and maintenance techniques; ability to operate machinery and tools.
- **Physical Fitness**: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in various weather conditions.
- **License**: Valid driver’s license; CDL is a plus.
- **Team Player**: Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work well in a team environment.
