Overview: Lead the WECA FP&A Reporting agenda to provide senior stakeholders (WECA LT, Sector) with current, accurate financial and operational forecasts to set and deliver / exceed on plan performance. Synthesize and consolidate financial performance and optimize revenue relisaiton and return on expenditure through performance management and visibility. **Responsibilities**: - Lead synethesis and consolidation of WECA financial plans (PSP, AOP, Monhtly rolling forecast, weekly flash etc) - Manage WECA FP&A relations and workstreams - Primary point of contact for to WECA - Develop FP&A processes and tools to drive financial forecasting deliverables - Deliver financial forecast accuracy for all deliverables - Cost management, governance and optimization for G&A and head office expenditure - Manage a team of 2 DR’s partering to deliver on BU agendas - Develop talent and sucession plans for FP&A team and build capibilty and best practice Qualifications: - 12 years financial experience - CA(SA) and / or CIMA qualification - More than 5 years FMCG FP&A experience - More than 5 years people management skills - Digital, ERP and financial reporting system implementation and end user experience - Robust understnaing of financial reporing standards **“PepsiCo is an Equal Opportunity Employer in line with the Employment Equity Act"
