Production Administrator

Order loading and confirmation of stock orders
- Management of the import schedule and process to ensure accurate information and transparent information from supplier through to production department receipt
- Tracking and monitoring of chain store stock levels and raw materials
- A review of the export production schedule and work orders
- Communicating priorities for specific customer orders to the planner
- Communicating changes to the schedule or production delays to the customer and ITL Reps
- Ensuring work order specifications are accurate and that signed, approved documentation is prepared and accompanies all works orders
- May complete and distribute work orders / job pockets to the Planner
- May expedite material
- Monitor production schedules for timely delivery
- Assist in production activity control to meet business and financial objectives
- Processing customer orders and shipments according to the established schedule
- Prepare sample documents (PARs) and give timely approvals and ensure follow-up controls are in place
- Work with teams to complete job orders on-time and within customer specifications
- Communicate import updates to Managers and coordinators on regular basis
- Liaise with other production units and suppliers to ensure ease of communication and transparency
- Back up support to Production Planning Managers and customer service coordinators
