**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Administrative duties relating to insurance, queries and authorization
- Personnel management
- General administrative duties
- Capturing of data
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Matric / Grade 12
- At least 5 years’ experience in the insurance industry (advantageous)
- Computer literate
- Advanced skills in Excel (advantageous)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Deadline driven, good organizing and planning skills
- Hard working, conscientious and energetic
