Operations Learner

**About the position**:
Learning Opportunity exist for fixed-term work experience in the field of High-Speed Manufacturing. The incumbents will be based at Kimberly Clark Epping Mill (Cape Town). This Learning program requires on-the-job learning supported by structured or institutional learning.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Incumbent to complete Experiential learning whilst working shifts.
- Comply with all rules and regulations set by the company.
- Attend and complete all Theoretical training and assessment as per the learner program.
- Adhere to the Experiential Learning program whilst working 12hrs shifts.
- Support operations with ad hoc/out-of-program training tasks if and when required.
- Comply with all Company Policies and Procedures.
- Comply and adhere to all Environmental, Health, and safety requirements.
- Demonstrate the KC Ways of Working

As a manufacturing professional, you deliver high value to your team by operating equipment at expected performance levels, and acting as a team player to exceed safety, productivity and quality goals. _You also _
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Previous working experience within FMCG will be an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of Manufacturing - Safety and Product Quality compliance
- Academic results above 50% in their final year
- A Learner who wants to pursue a career within a Supply Chain/Manufacturing/FMCG environment.
- Committed team player, outspoken, willing to learn, results-oriented, attention to detail, self-starter.
