Legal Typist

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Typing and formatting legal documents with precision.
- Managing legal correspondence and documentation.
- Assisting with the preparation and processing of legal paperwork.
- Supporting the legal team with administrative tasks as required.
**Minimum Requirements**:
- **Matric** certificate.
- Certificate in legal secretary, paralegal, banking, or collections (preferred).
- Over 2 years of experience in legal collections and corporate recoveries.
- Familiarity with legal secretary duties and an understanding of legal processes.
**Skills and Attributes**:
- Proficient in **Excalibur**, **Microsoft Word**, and **Excel**.
- Experience with **DM 11** is advantageous.
- Strong administrative and drafting skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- Capable of managing conflict and performing well under pressure.
