**_Our client a well-established wine estate is urgently looking for an experienced Exports and Logistics Manager to join their organization_**

**_Location: _**:

- Stellenbosch, Western Cape_

**_Requirements_**
- _ Matric_
- _ Relevant degree/diploma_
- _ 5+ years of experience in a similar role_
- _ Knowledge of wine online and SAWIS documentation_
- _ Knowledge of export regulations_
- _ Must have a Driver's and Forklift license._

**_ Responsibilities:_**
- _ Responsible for the overall supply chain management, including management and production schedules, organizing and monitoring storage and distribution of goods._
- _ Managing the storage of wine, stock take and stock control (including Estate outlets)._
- _ Planning and scheduling labelling to ensure availability of stock including relevant administration (pink cards/ SAWIS)._
- _ Ensuring wines meet export regulations._
- _ Managing the dry goods stock: processing orders, liaising with suppliers, drawing up effective production schedules, and coordinating the procurement of the necessary dry goods._
- _ Manage, track and coordinate export/logistic process (local & international shipments)._
- _ Preparing documentation and administration relating to export and domestic shipments (Wine online documentation/ SAWIS documentation._
- _ Logistics administration (including transfer of stocks between warehouses, delivery notes and relevant documentation)._
- _ Sending samples, loading consignments and completing the associated administration._
- _ Supervising cellar/warehouse staff including timesheets/ overtime etc._
- _ Managing the relationship between agents: governmental departments, freight forwarders and distributors._
- _ Maintaining effective relationships and communication channels with logistics and distribution partners._
- _ Assist Sales & Marketing team with export quotations via air, sea and road and other requests._
- _ Assisting Estate with logistics operations (import/ export) not related to the wine department._
