**Lettings Specialist (remote)**

**UK-Based | Full-Time 9-6pm UK, alternative Saturdays | Salary: R20,000**

Are you a proven Lettings professional with a track record of success in the property market? We're looking for an experienced **Lettings Specialist** to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in driving landlord acquisition, managing viewings, and overseeing all aspects of the lettings process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end lettings process with efficiency and expertise
- Book and conduct property viewings for prospective tenants
- Win new landlords and grow the lettings portfolio
- Maintain strong relationships with both landlords and tenants
- Ensure compliance with current UK lettings legislation and best practice
- **3+ years Proven experience** in a similar Lettings role (UK property sector is a plus)
- A deep understanding of the lettings process, from marketing to move-in
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- A results-driven attitude with a focus on landlord acquisition
- **Available to start immediately** (preferred but not essential)
