Core Description
The purpose of this job is to control and report on all inventory in the Field Services Business Unit Nationally. This includes Customer, Consignment and Maintenance Stock Key Deliverables / Primary Functions
Ensuring Min / Max levels are maintained nationally
Managing escalations from Projects and Field Operations Nationally
Working with Customers on their stock requirements for upcoming projects
Inter Department link between logistics and other stakeholders
Monthly Reporting on all Inventory Nationally
Maintaining an accurate dashboard of stock availability across the country
Stock Recons where required
Ad-Hoc reporting
Monthly financial reporting on stock
Maintaining Stock provisions on all stock
Ensuring that Standard Processes and procedures are being complied with in all branches
Ensure customer specific procedures are communicated and complied with Nationally
Customer Stock Reporting
All stock takes controls are in place and monitored Nationally
Introduce additional controls needed for effective stock Management
Ensuring Customer consignment stock is in the right place at the right time
Escalations to departments
Link with Project management on ongoing stock requirements for upcoming projects Functional Skills
