You have experience on the job (with a proven track record of complete projects) as a Creative Producer.
Proficient in managing and running teams
You can step in to facilitate an interview or cut an edit
Strong, clear communication makes you comfortable to give a brief/brief a project as necessary.

**Non negotiable skills**:
Ability to direct content on site and in edit
Experience working with editing software
Basic understanding of writing.
Can facilitate shoots and logistics where necessary.
Flexible and willing to travel if necessary.
You have a great knowledge AND understanding of cricket.

**Your responsibilities**:
Report to your senior management team with updates & feedback continuously
Facilitate the pre-production, filming, editing and delivery of all AV related content.
Manage and communicate with the rest of the team to ensure needed assets are captured.
Give reliable/accurate notes on editing and videography and if needed, step in
