Loyalty, CRM and Partner Manager

To maintain partner relationships and grow customer frequency and attendances with the Nu Metro brand and thereby increase the lifetime value of our customer base and market share.
Has a clear understanding of how to leverage consumer behavioral, lifestyle, transactional, and demographic data in order to deliver relevant marketing programs through multiple communication channels with a vision of growing consumer loyalty and increasing their lifetime value to the business.
Work closely with Nu Metro Partners, Senior Marketing Manager, Business Intelligence, Operations (including the Call Centre) and the greater Marketing and Content team to integrate customer engagement initiatives into every
**Qualifications, Technical Skills, Knowledge and Ability**
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, or previous relevant experience of at least 5 years in a senior marketing role.
- Extensive experience of direct and digital marketing ideally in a similar industry.
- Strong background in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies.
- Strong skills with data analysis and the ability interpret transactional, financial and sales data.
- Sound people skills and the ability to establish and build on working relationships effectively.
- Strong understanding of loyalty metrics and analytics drivers to create sales pathways.
- Ability to plan and prepare for outcomes on the basis of priority and effective management of time.
- Comfortable negotiating and working with key suppliers.
- Technical knowledge relevant to the position, and a commitment to continuously update skills.
- Good communication skills both oral and written at all levels.
- Ability to learn and understand details pertaining to the organisation’s effective operation.
Pay: R20 000,00 - R25 000,00 per month
