**Primary Purpose of the Job**

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Technology Solutions and Services Director responsible for the MDR/MSSP and technology solutions practice in the Cybersecurity service line. This practice is a strategic pillar of our companys Cyber Lab business growth strategy, and experience working for an OEM, software reseller, or MSSP in the sales/business development capacity will be instrumental.

**Core Functions**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Become a leader in cybersecurity technology solutions and services for the Company.
- Develop a business plan for comprehensive software & hardware, managed service and professional services offering.
- Drive a growth strategy across the defined customer base and grow revenues from product sales and services by implementing a robust account planning process.
- Implement a system or process to understand customer environments, drivers and strategic requirements and align with our solutions and services.
- Drive collaboration internally and externally with relevant industry bodies or other leaders to develop market-facing initiatives that drive the firm's growth strategy.
- Oversee the quality of technology engagements, including the technical execution and the quality of the deliverables.
- Effectively develop and lead a team with diverse backgrounds.
- Develop and maintain relationships at different levels.
- Manage budget efficiently and prioritize profitability of the sub-service line.

**Key Tasks**:

- Develop a good business plan and strategy to drive growth in revenue from technology solutions and MDR services.
- Drive opportunity identification and conversion of opportunities related to technology solutions and MDR services.
- Ensure all forecasting and pipeline management is accurate and reflects the reality of the opportunities open within your customer or prospective base.
- Develop strong relationships with OEMs and market players to increase market-facing opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive marketing campaigns to generate leads and market products, solutions, and services.
- Manage the P&L for the practice in a manner that is efficient.
- Develop a team to support the practice and provide effective leadership.

- 'Develops effective networks/relationships inside and outside of the firm and maintains the contacts to identify opportunities. Provide key contacts per year (new or old) and evidence of contact activities i.e., meetings and outcomes.
