**Experience**:

- Digital Marketing diploma or equivalent: 2 years (Non-negotiable)
- 2 years’ experience preferred
- Confident knowledge of the Meta and Google campaign set-up and performance analysis environments
- Proficiency in Google Ads management
- Proficiency in Google Analytics
- Intuitive understanding of the digital marketing
- Ability to share your technical insights with clarity and mínimal jargon
- Must be excellent at content writing
- Confident, with very strong interpersonal & communication skills and a proven ability to build productive relationships quickly

**Your responsibilities will include**
- Develop and implement innovative search media strategies to achieve business goals.
- Planning the annual media budget
- Ensuring profitability of search and PMax campaigns, within your planned budgets
- Collaborating with our suppliers marketing team to recommend the most impactful ad types, channels and audiences for campaigns
- Accurate set-up of Meta campaigns according to the approved plan
- Tracking and continual optimisation of live campaigns
- Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Suggestions & improvements to our website home page
- Continuous research into the digital media landscape, identifying new channels and opportunities to experiment in, seeking improved impact and metrics with new and existing audiences
- Position is hybrid, so will need to come into the office 1 or 2 per week.
