**SALES AND MARKETING EXECUTIVE (Hospitality Industry) - SANDTON - RNeg**

The Right Company are currently looking for an experienced and well-organized Marketing & Sales Coordinator who is required to secure new business and maintain existing relationships. Ideally this position should have a minimum of 5 years of experience within a hospitality timeshare industry and have networking knowledge on marketing, sales, and rentals. It is required for this position to work independently and be target driven.

Purpose:

- To promote the brand, image, and services of the company so that maximum growth occurs through gaining new clients and contracts.
- Required to manage all aspects of marketing, sales, and rentals, including sourcing, and securing new business, relationship management, database management, business presentations, workshops, and reports.

**Requirements**:

- Matric minimum.
- Tertiary education in Sales & Marketing would be advantageous.
- Minimum 5-year sales experience in Hospitality / Timeshare Industry with proven track record.
- Excellent communication, customer service & organization skills.
- Ability to conduct presentations and meetings both professionally and with confidence.
- Valid Driver’s License and own transport.
- Position includes travel.
- Must be available to attend functions after hours.
- Dynamic self-starter with excellent negotiation skills.
- Personality profile to match relevant skills.
- Proficient in English - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team player with high level of dedication.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Marketing skills/experience on various media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Google, Etc.
