Quantic is a leading Point of Sale (POS) solutions company based in West Chester, PA, U.S.A. We provide modern POS technology designed for restaurants and retailers, running on Android and iOS platforms across US, UK and Middle East.

**About the Role**
We are seeking a full-time **Technical Support & Implementation Coordinator** to guide new clients through the setup and launch of their POS systems. In this role, you’ll coordinate software and hardware installations remotely, handle system programming and menu entry, and ensure clients are fully trained before going live. You’ll be the key contact for customers from the moment they sign on until their POS is successfully installed and running.

**Responsibilities**
- Onboard new POS clients, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to go-live.
- Coordinate and support **remote POS installations**, including software setup and hardware configuration.
- Perform POS programming, data entry, and menu reviews.
- Provide client training sessions and assist with troubleshooting.
- Create and maintain client documentation for reference.
- Collaborate with sales and support teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.

**Qualifications**
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to assist clients with **remote software and hardware setup**.
- Interest in mobile technology (Android/iOS).
- Basic technical aptitude; troubleshooting experience a plus.
- Previous experience in restaurants, retail, or hospitality is highly valuable.

Pay: R10 000,00 - R16 000,00 per month
