**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead rope access teams on site
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure safety compliance
- Perform inspections, maintenance, cleaning, or installation tasks at height
- Ensure proper rigging and anchor systems are in place
- Maintain equipment and ensure pre-use checks are completed
- Complete job documentation and reports
- Liaise with clients and site managers
- Train and mentor Level 1 and 2 technicians

**Skills and Competencies**:

- IRATA Level 3 Certification (valid and up to date)
- Minimum 3-5 years rope access experience
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Familiarity with working at height regulations and safety procedures
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work scopes
- Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel
- First Aid or Rescue Training
- Strong communication and reporting skills

**Qualifications**:

- Grade 12 or relevant experience,
- Fall Arrest Level 3
- First Aid Level 1 advantageous,
- Medical clearance certificate,
- Experience in working in heights
