Job Title: Runner

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: (not limited to)

Runner duties and responsibilities:
The responsibilities and duties of a Runner center around their ability to deliver food/beverages correctly to the customers who ordered it.
- Deliver orders to customers quickly and accurately
- Uphold sanitation and food safety principles
- Bus tables by removing dirty dishes and trash
- Check in with customers to ensure their experience is satisfactory
- Relay reports of customer satisfaction to the management and relevant parties
- Ensure patrons have all the appropriate tableware they need to properly enjoy their food
- Assist setting up tables before service with appropriate utensils/napkins -Handle various impromptu requests from customers
- Help where needed with all cleaning tasks (restaurant and tasting room)
- Strong customer service orientation and active listener
- Attentive
- Must be well-presented
- Flexibility and Accountability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Franschhoek, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
