**Sales Specialist - Electrification**

You will be working as Sales Specialist and will be the part of Electrification business area for the Smart Power division based in JHB, South Africa. In this role, you will be reporting to Market Development Manager and will be responsible for sales of products/systems/services within a designated market in accordance with the strategy, building long-term customers.

**Your responsibilities**

Sells products/systems/services to customers, focusing on volume, mix, and profitability targets for assigned Business.

Prepare sales plans and visit reports using company tools. Perform regular status reviews and propose recovery plan(s) in case of potential order shortfalls.

Ensures efficient marketing activities and value propositions to customers.

Identifies and drives the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and channel and ensures

Manages administrative procedures in sales processes and supports cash collection and project management activities

Prepares offers in coordination with the bid and proposal department and/or the Marketing Manager, ensures appropriate

technical and financial aspects of offers, including prices and trading conditions

**Your background**

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering degree or Equivalent

Minimum 5 years in the Low Voltage OEM and Panel Builder channel business and already have a solid customer base which would be brought into my client.

Technical background and a formal technical qualification

Fluency in English language is mandatory

**Salary**: R800,000.00 - R1,000,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
