Client Relationship Manager: Inland Region

**Christopher group is looking for a Client Relationship Manager: Inland Region**

**OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY**:
This role is responsible for the creation of funding opportunities for Christopher Finance by means of effective and professional client relationships, analyzing and understanding the attorney RAF claim cases and assistance in the resolving of queries on the funding of the cases. The incumbent would also need to provide training to external clients on the Christopher Finance web-based product system (Synaps). Training would be done via various platforms: In person, Teams, Zoom webinars etc.

This position will be in a fast-paced environment and will need to be highly organized with attention to detail and available to travel.
- **FOCUS AREA 1: Sales (Primary Function)**_
- Drive funding of the attorney claims by understanding their cash flow needs for the processing of RAV and Medical Negligence claims.
- Daily and weekly follow-ups on current and reserve products with clients.
- Identifying sales opportunities in the Synaps system.
- **FOCUS AREA 2: Client Relationship Tasks**_
- Building and maintaining client relationships with current and new key account holders and their staff.
- Create and ensure a visitation program with clients according to company policy
- **FOCUS AREA 3: Analysis Tasks**_
- Uploading documents into Synaps for new and old clients
- Reporting feedback for internal management as well as external clients
- Identifying sales opportunities by means of data analysis of attorney claims on the Synaps system.
- Integration of administrative information into Synaps.
- Administration updates into Synaps.
- Integrator for short term projects into Synaps.
- Integration of information for Christopher Group.
- **FOCUS AREA 4: Queries Tasks**_
- Resolving new and old client queries.
- **FOCUS AREA 5: Training**_
- Training of new and old clients to use Synaps.
- Continuous training of new development released for Synaps.
- Continuous updating of training manuals as instructed.
- Continuous updating of product communication for internal and external users, as instructed.
- **FOCUS AREA 6: Coordinator**_
- Administrator between Head of Sales, Business Developer Manager and Client/Systems Relationship Manager.
- Collating of documents and uploading to SharePoint, Synaps and Docfox.
- Reporting.

**Minimum requirement**:

- Matric and college certificate/diploma preferably in the legal or accounting profession.
- To have minimum five years practical knowledge of legal procedures in The Road Accident Fund and Medical Negligence claims,
- Have a good understanding of attorney firm functioning in terms of processing and procedures.
- Must be able to grow and maintain client relationships on a senior level.
- Be an effective and clear communicator.
- Be able to do training or similar role as a coach/trainer. Experience in delivering training and technique ability and experience with creating and training on e-learning platforms would be helpful.
- Must be administratively strong and well organized.
- Must have a well experienced ability in Microsoft products such as Word, Excell, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Be able to do basic data analytics and reporting.
- Must be bilingual.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with the ability to visit clients. To be able to travel is essential.
