Core Description
Responsible to drive the overall tender/RFX response process and managing the end-to-end process of selling and delivering solutions to clients. Key Deliverables / Primary Functions Manage the end-to-end process to provide a proposal/RFX to clients. Ensure customer satisfaction to support the sales objectives and strive to shorten the time to market. Consolidate inputs received (costing, technical designs, T&Cs, service descriptions, etc) and construct standard corporate information requirements to formulate quality and compliant bid responses according to governance standards. Project manage the timeous delivery of bids from initiation to submission of proposal / tender / RFX.
Provide status updates on the tender / RFX and manage any risks, raise flags and warnings in case of missed or delayed deliverables. 5 Years’ experience in project management. The experience must include relevant exposure to the ICT sector.

7 Years’ experience in project management. The experience must include relevant exposure to the ICT sector and:
Experience as a bid writer is advantageous.
Excellent industry knowledge and a willingness to keep up with trends.
Superb written and verbal communication skills.
Strong teamwork and interpersonal abilities.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Deadline-driven and committed to excellence. Certifications APMP Certification Professional Memberships in Relevant Industry Level of Engagement & Span of Control
