Els & Co. is looking to expand our team with a Community Manager. The Role

As the Community Manager, you will be responsible for liaising and engaging with our wholesalers, end-customers and our community on social media. Your job is to make sure that we maintain our existing client-base, as well as grow our sales by finding ways to reach new audiences. At Els and Co. we want to pride ourselves with excellent customer care, which is why you will be a crucial member of the team.

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Liaising with wholesalers regarding service satisfaction, new products launching and possible opportunities in the future.
- Make sure we stay on top of it with our social care on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. This requires you to react and respond to any feedback or enquiries we receive via these platforms, ensuring that each and every customer dealing with Els and Co. are attended to.
- Assisting the digital marketer with scheduling of posts on our social platforms from time to time.
- Researching ways to reach new potential audiences and clients, and making sure that our existing clients are happy. The end goal is to increase sales.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in English, both verbal and written
- Relevant degree beneficial
- At least one year experience in a previous client-facing role
- Experience in copywriting would be beneficial
- Experience in social media would be beneficial
- Ability to work in a team
- A passion for working with people
- Punctuality
- Ability to work independently
- Fast learner

Remuneration

R120 000 annually plus commission.
