**What You’ll Do**

As a **Paid Media Manager**, your main responsibility will be to plan, execute, and optimize **high-performing paid advertising campaigns** across multiple platforms.

**Campaign Management & Optimization**
- Develop and execute **paid media strategies** across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok, Twitter, and other platforms
- Optimize ad campaigns to improve **CTR, CPC, ROAS, and CPA**:

- Conduct **A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and targeting**:

- Monitor and adjust **bids, budgets, and audience segmentation** to maximize performance

**Data-Driven Performance Analysis**
- Analyze **ad performance metrics** and provide insights for continuous improvement
- Generate **weekly and monthly reports** on campaign performance and ROI
- Use tools like **Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and Google Tag Manager** to track and measure success

**Creative Strategy & Execution**
- Work closely with **designers and content teams** to create **engaging ad creatives**:

- Develop **compelling ad copy** that resonates with target audiences
- Stay updated with **paid media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices**

**Budgeting & Scaling**
- Manage and optimize **advertising budgets** to ensure **maximum profitability**:

- Scale winning campaigns while minimizing wasted ad spend
- Identify **new growth opportunities** for paid media channels

**Collaboration & Client Communication**
- Work with **SEO, content, and marketing teams** to align paid strategies with overall marketing goals
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders on **campaign strategies, results, and improvements**:

- Keep up with **new ad formats, bidding strategies, and audience targeting innovations**

**Who We’re Looking For**

We are looking for a **data-driven, results-oriented paid media expert** with a strong background in digital advertising.

**Must-Have Skills & Experience**
- **3+ years of experience** managing paid media campaigns (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Strong understanding of **ad bidding strategies, audience targeting, and campaign optimization**:

- Experience with **Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads**:

- Proficiency in **Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking**:

- Ability to **analyze data and generate actionable insights**:

- Strong skills in **A/B testing, retargeting, and funnel optimization**:

- Experience managing **large ad budgets** and scaling successful campaigns

**Bonus Skills (Not Required, but a Plus)**:

- Experience with **YouTube Ads, Amazon Ads, or Snapchat Ads**:

- Knowledge of **programmatic advertising and DSPs**:

- Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint certification
