**Role**
- Act as a People enabler that orchestrates the end-to-end Employee Experience supporting Employee Engagement, Talent Acquisition and Retention.
- Drive leading People Policies and Practices that add value to companys Talent needs by developing and implementing a compelling People Agenda.
- Define and implement a Talent Sourcing strategy that supports the companys branding plan, utilising multiple sourcing channels - ensure the right Talent is placed at the right time.
- Facilitate a culture of operating with agility and fluidity across the company, breaking down silos and fostering intentional collaboration with a spirit of disrupting old ways of work, and enabling new ways.
- Drive innovation and agility through Workforce Development, forecasting Future Capabilities, and enabling Continuous Learning.
- Guide Business Leaders to shape solutions to access, curate and engage employees, encouraging an open and transparent Team culture.
- Guide and coach, the Team on People Practices, Policies and Procedures and manage escalations from within the Business Unit.
- Stay abreast of new developments within the People Team to ensure that the Business is aligned and aware of People Service and Solution Capabilities and Offerings.
- Collaborate with the broader People Team to enable the provision of Services and Solutions.
- Drive the implementation of People Projects and/or new People initiatives, inclusive of all Employee Enablement and Optimisation Initiatives.
- In conjunction with People Solutions Teams, overseeing and tracking Career Management and Succession Planning for the Team (Workplace Skills Plan), understanding and creating plans to cover critical and scarce roles.
- Manage People Data and Trends within the company to diagnose People issues and provide insight into recommending effective solutions for the Business in collaboration with the People Team.
- Drive value creation by actively measuring the companys impact of People Projects, Practices, and Processes, enabling effective customer-centred solutions.
- Provide input on new and creative ways to improve existing systems that support the rapidly changing Business.
- Oversee the implementation of change initiatives to drive the adoption of change and help to navigate uncertainties.
- Embed diversity and inclusion into the companys culture and harness potential through Employee Engagement.
- Manage the identification of relevant Technology requirements for the Business to enable a seamless Employee Experience.
- Develop the People Budget as input into the Business Operational Budget and or the People Partner Budget within the People structures.
- Take accountability for all People-related data and system inputs for the Business including the accuracy of organisational structures, reporting lines, location, and other People data attributes.
- Implement People Governance, Structures, Policies, Processes, Procedures and Frameworks within the Business area.
- Manage the identification and mitigation of key People Risks for the Business in conjunction with Operations Teams. Accountable for the delivery of a Business area People Risk Plan.
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Degree in Human Resources/ equivalent (Essential)
- Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources/ equivalent (Advantageous)
- +5 years in Talent Management/ HR Business Partnering/ equivalent role, driving HR Delivery of Frameworks, Policies, Procedures and Guidelines and Managing HR Service Delivery (Essential).
- Practical experience in working in an Agile environment (preferred)
- A sound understanding of diversity and inclusion concepts and processes and the link between Employment Equity and good HR Practices (Essential)
