**Job Title: Telesales Executive - Property Sector (Remote)**

**Full time position**

**Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am-6pm UK, alternate half day Saturdays**
**Salary: R20 000,00 per month**

**About the Role**:
We are recruiting on behalf of our client in the property sector, looking for a dynamic **Telesales Executive** to join their fast-paced team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated individual with a passion for telesales and delivering results. You will be making 80 calls a day, providing support to a busy phone line that receives over 200 calls daily, and actively contributing to the growth of the business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make 80 outbound calls per day, driving sales and generating new leads.
- Assist in onboarding new Landlords
- Answer and manage inbound calls for a busy phone line.
- Handle customer enquiries, providing excellent service and information about property services.
- Sell property-related products and services with a consultative approach.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through attentive communication and proactive solutions.
- Work towards targets and KPIs, contributing to the overall success of the team.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in telesales, preferably in a sales-driven environment.
- Ability to handle high call volumes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple software systems and CRM tools.
- High energy, proactive, and target-driven attitude.
- A keen eye for detail, ensuring accurate data entry and record keeping.
- A hunger to grow and succeed, with the ambition to take on new challenges.
- Previous experience in property-related sales is a plus but not essential.

**Hardware Requirements**:

- Own computer or laptop.
- ADSL/FIBRE internet line with a minimum of 50 Mbps.
- Headphones for use with our VOIP phone system.
- Anti-virus installed.
- UPS/Back-up battery for load shedding.

Pay: R20 000,00 per month

Work Location: Remote
