**Requirements**:

- Basic end-user computer skills.

- The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced warehousing and manufacturing environment.
- Basic technical understanding of components.
- Process orientated and the ability to see the big picture.
- Honest and trustworthy.
- Experience in stores and inventory management is essential.
- Experience with relevant stock management software will be advantageous.
- Must have reliable transport

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Receive deliveries and ensure that delivered items are correct as per the corresponding purchase orders. GRV PO in stock management system
- Pick Bill of Materials and issue stock to manufacturing. Ensure stock is efficiently issued as per the BoM using the stock management system. This is vital to the production schedule and so should remain a top priority.
- Ensure stock is kept accurately and that the stock management system is an accurate reflection of stock on hand.
- Assist with all stock counts.
- Communicate with manufacturing and procurement on incorrect deliveries and supplier returns.
- Assist in packing away delivered products into their bin locations and help keep the warehouse organized and tidy.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)
