We are seeking a customer service-oriented, experienced, and organized restaurant/bar manager to join our growing team. In this position, you will play a key role in handling the day-to-day operations of the restaurant/bar and staff. You will supervise, train, and schedule employees. You will ensure all health and safety procedures are met, contributing to the business's overall success.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Maintain inventory
- Determines employees’ schedules
- Ensures restaurant and bar are well-stocked and clean
- Tracks customer behavior and sales
- Maintains budget and monitors costs
- Oversees staff, including bartenders, bouncers, wait staff, and/or kitchen staff
- Use point-of-sale tracking technology and bar and restaurant management platforms
- Ensure restaurant/bar space follows all licensing requirements and health and safety guidelines
- Handle paperwork and other administrative duties
- Maintain stock levels and order supplies when necessary
- Address customer inquiries and complaints
- Organize and adjust staff rosters and schedules in accordance with available resources and labor regulations
- Liaise with suppliers and sales representatives

**Requirements and skills**:

- Minimum 3 years of proven work experience as a restaurant manager
- Proven customer service experience as a manager
- Knowledge and experience with POS systems
- Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with the ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
- Familiarity with restaurant management software
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven track record of providing excellent customer service
- Strong leadership skills
- Acute financial management skills
