- Relevant B-degree, risk or audit qualifications or Diploma, SQL skills required.
- Understanding of business processes within MomentumMetropolitan.
- Experience in access management and/or business continuity will be an advantage.
- Financial service industry experience will be an advantage.
- Risk management or Audit experience will be an advantage.
- Software Development Life-Cycle (SDLC).

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Manage, support and coordinate Business continuity/ Disaster recovery (BC/DR) projects including
planning, maintenance, training, and drill exercises.
- Perform assessments and gap analysis of organisational BC/DR plans.
- Assist in the definitions and reviews of BC/DR vision, strategy, processes and plans.
- Perform the business impact analysis (BIA) to prioritise business functions and recovery.
- Perform risk assessment, develop and recommend solutions to manage and mitigate the identified
continuity risks.
- Assist in the design, development and implementation of recovery solutions.
- Develop, review and maintain BC/DR documentation.
- Develop and provide BC/DR knowledge transfer and training.
- Plan, facilitate and coordinate the execution of BC/DR functional fail-over exercises, or other types of
BC/DR test exercises.
- Assist with the planning for BC/DR audits, provide support during the audit and help with the implementation of the audit’s recommendations and remediation.
- Define and compile monthly service reports, including support metrics.
- Provide support in case of continuity incidents.
- Provide recommendations for BC/DR continuous improvement activities.
